We use Velcro closures which allow for an adjustable fit and easy on and off. We use genuine leather linings which are breathable and durable. We use a soft padded ankle collar which adds comfort and helps our shoes stay on little feet.
What sizes are available?
Our soft-soled, eco-friendly Jemos come in sizes 0-6 months (XS Newborn), 6-12 months (Small), 12-18 months (Medium), 18-24 months (Large), and 24+ months (Extra large). See our sizing page for a comparison chart.
Are Jemos shoes appropriate for indoor and outdoor wear?
Jemos shoes are ideal for normal indoor and outdoor use. However, please note that Jemos are not waterproof and are recommended for use in dry outdoor conditions.
Are shoes machine washable?
While shoes may hold up in the washing machine, we do not recommend this method for cleaning our shoes.
What is the best way to care for Jemos shoes?
The exterior of our leather shoes can be sprayed with a non-toxic water repellent for extra protection. To clean our shoes, use a little mild detergent and a damp cloth and air dry. Commercially available leather cleaners can also be used. It’s recommended to test a small area first for color fading depending on the cleaning solution.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Allow up to 1-2 business days for processing your order. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 2 – 10 additional business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been received as well as another e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped. Shipping to international locations may take longer depending on the country of destination.
