Domestic & International Shipping

To estimate the date we'll ship your order, please allow up to two business days for order processing. We will notify you via e-mail if an item is out of stock. Items cannot be placed on backorder. We strive to ship all orders SAME DAY or by next day when at all possible. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances, we have a two business day allowance as our official shipping policy.
Shipping to US (Domestic) including Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam
We ship using USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS to customers in the US and US military addresses. In case you are shipping to a PO Box, we will always use USPS as FedEx and UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. FedEx and UPS do not make deliveries on Saturdays.  Sorry, we do not take requests for specific shipping methods. The company we use for shipping (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) is determined by your delivery location, time of the week your order is processed, etc.). 

Allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 2 – 4 additional business days from when the order was processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been received and another e-mail when your order has been shipped. Rates are as follows for the US:
For orders of  one (1) pair of shoes:  $5.00 Shipping/Handling
For orders of two (2) of more pairs of shoes: FREE SHIPPING!
Note: Free Shipping for 2 pairs will not apply to shoes that are being sold during promotions at reduced prices (ie. Promotional sales, closeouts, etc.). When a promotional offer is made on shoes, the number of shoes purchased required for free

shipping will be noted in the advertisement. As a general rule of thumb, most promotional or closeout prices offers will require a purchase of 4 or more discounted shoes or a combination of regular priced and promotional priced shoes to qualify for free shipping. Details will be noted in the promotion regarding shipping.
Note: Shipping rates on this page do not apply to wholesale purchases by retailers.
Shipping to Canada (International Canada)
Shipping times are approximately 4-12 business days. We ship using USPS Priority International. You will receive an e-mail notification that your package has been shipped. Please note that all applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Rates are as follows:
For orders to Canada: $17 USD for one (1) pair of shoes.
For order of two (2) pairs or more, shipping cost of $25 USD flat rate regardless of the number of pairs ordered.
International Shipping (Foreign)
Shipping times vary greatly depending on the final destination of delivery. Shipping times can range from 4 – 20 days from our experience.
For all International orders (other than Canada): $25 USD for (one) pair of shoes.
For orders of two (2) pairs or more, shipping cost of $40 USD flat rate regardless of the number of pairs ordered.
