If you’re not happy with your Jemos-Footwear.com on-line purchase, you can return unused items, in their original condition to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange less shipping charges, gift wrap and/or promotional discounts.

To ensure your returned package arrives safely, please send your return by one of these traceable methods: USPS Priority w/ tracking option, UPS, Fed Ex, or Insured USPS Parcel Post. Once we receive your return package, we’ll process any credits or refunds within 10 business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed. Jemos LLC can only accept returns from products purchased through jemos-footwear.com.
